Use your Airline Credits

Are you tired of losing money on continuous changes and cancellation or airline tickets?

Travelcorp stand by our commitment to manage "tickets on hold." Travelcorp ensures that all unused tickets/credits are utilised immediately. This is a critical process as statistical data shows companies lose 11% in the non utilisation of these credits.

Travelcorp clients have access to an "Unused Ticket Report". This is produced monthly by the Account Manager identifying all credits, especially those that will be invalid within 30 days. This allows us to easily identify and display those tickets that may need to be refunded or credited toward future airline travel. These specific bookings are sent to both the consultant and the travel coordinators responsible for the traveller on this ticket. This report in particular has generated significant costs savings for many of our clients.
