Corporate Meeting Spend

Corporate spend on meetings are on the radar of the diligent corporate travel manager. Having tackled the procurement and control of corporate travel and entertainment, attention is now moving to identify the scattered spend on meetings within large companies and to develop policies which capture and control costs.

Traditional models that allowed decisions to be made about meetings by individuals in the sales and marketing departments are set to be reviewed. The industry has allowed Conference and Incentive spend to be separated from travel spend, but procurment now sees the opportunity to control costs in this arena.

The winds of change are blowing and Travelcorp is well placed with it’s specialist division – Eventscorp to assist companies control the "second largest company expense – travel and entertainment".

Eventscorp understand the need for good procurement that engages the right departments and ensures the desired outcomes. By managing the company’s potential financial exposure we ensure that the outcome is professional and accountable.
